Yes, there is such a thing as mojo for writers. It's the umph that makes the writer's words jump from the page, drawing the reader in. It's that special something that makes an editor go "Buy this baby NOW!" It's the zone a writer falls into when they know they got it goin' on.
I miss my mojo.  I feel like I've been editing and promoting and rewriting for so long, I might forget the nitty gritty of story telling...ARGH. So, as a way to make sure that I hone my writing skills, I am taking the rest of September to finish up projects so that I can have ALL of October to start something new - who's with me??? *cartwheels and super spins * woot woot

ps - talked to editors about more Rhee stories, and while they can't say yes or no just yet, they are thinking about it <g> in the meantime, I will post a short free story I wrote for Samhain last year about Rhiannon - enjoy!

Well, yesterday - but who it's all good!  I love, LOVE holding a book in my hand.  I realize and accept that ebooks are here to stay, and I read online a lot.  But there is nothing better than curling up on the couch with a good, well worn, dog-eared, peanut butter toast stained book.
